I was born on December 18^th 1978 in Iasi, Romania.

Career

• In 2002, I graduated the Technical University “Gh. Asachi” of Iasi, Romania, Faculty of Electrical Engineering.

• In 2003, I obtained the Master's degree in Information Systems for Environment Monitoring.

• In 2009, I obtained the Ph. D. Degree in Electrical Engineering.
