I was born on September  9^th 1977 in Vaslui, Romania.

Career

• In 2002, I graduated the Technical University “Gh. Asachi” of Iasi, Romania, Faculty of Electrical Engineering,  Economical Engineering Specialization

• In 2003, I obtained the Master's degree in Information Systems for Environment Monitoring.

• In 2009, I obtained the Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering
