I was born on September 26^th 1977 in Piatra Neamt, Romania.

Career

• In 2001, I graduated the Technical University “Gh. Asachi” of Iasi, Romania, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Economical Engineering Specialization.

• In 2002, I obtained the Master's degree in Information Systems for Environment Monitoring.

• In 2009, I obtained the Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering with the thesis ""
