I was born on September 7^th 1975 in Neamt, Romania.

Career

• In 2002, I graduated the Technical University “Gh. Asachi” of Iasi, Romania, Faculty of Electrical Engineering.

• In 2003, I obtained the Master's degree in Information Systems for Environment Monitoring.

• Between July - October 2003, I worked as an engineer at SC KOBER SRL Piatra–Neamt, were I experienced practical skills in electrical wiring

• In 2009, I obtained the Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering
